Lost Socks (2025)

For this playful project, the pivotal role was played by a bag of socks I keep at the back of my wardrobe. It contains socks without a pair and socks with holes in them. 

In a moment of clarity, I decided that since I will probably never get to mending these holes or finding a pair, I can as well repurpose them as an art project and make print transfers.

The texture that the fabric, folds and holes created was beautiful, and I bound the prints together in an art book. 

Additionally, I took some photos of the socks and created posters as well.
